Welcome to PoCo Candle Co.

My name is Madison Olds, a local Kamloops artist and musician, and I partnered with Derek Jezewsky and family, to bring you my latest project, PoCo Candle Co.
We started in our tiny apartment with a dream to recreate something that we enjoy so much in our own home.
Months of experimentation, many fragrances later, a variety of waxes and containers, and we finally developed what you see in front of you now in these cute little tins.
Family-owned, we take pride in quality with every candle we distill and hand pour. From a high-quality coconut/soy wax blend to carefully crafted fragrance oil blends, every ingredient in our candles is well thought out and hand-selected perfectly, for you.
What makes our candles unique?

Why coconut wax? Coconut wax is obtained through natural processes and burns slowly, cleanly, and throws scent extremely well. we wanted to create something you could confidently and safely burn in your home, around your family and pets. It is more costly per pound but provides a better safer product. We’ve blended it with a touch of soy to give you a slow burn and a fragrance we believe you will fall in love with.

It’s been wild times from starting a Tik Tok campaign to fund-raising $100k stem cells, to initiating our PoCo Candle Co. project as a family. Our mission is to provide fragrances to turn your moments into memories every time you light one of our candles.
